We then carry out ongoing routine inspections during the term of the tenancy to ensure your property is maintained to the standard it was let in at the onset of the tenancy and provide you with a detailed report.We manage all the day to day aspects such as collection of rent and water usage charges from the tenants and take care of your regular bill payments such as council rates, water rates, insurance and strata levies.We have a 24/7 maintenance programme in place to take care of any emergencies. Should your property require any repairs we can call on one of our highly trusted tradesmen and service suppliers in the area to provide quality service at highly competitive prices.We will send you detailed monthly statements showing the rental income status of your property and an annual statement for your year-end tax and accounts management. Each month we do an electronic transfer of funds to your nominated bank account giving you immediate access to cleared funds for your rental property.
